Catheter Placement System

DataXDev developed a tip location system for PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) lines from scratch. It’s a software-based system, for Android and Windows, that detects whether a catheter is in the right location without using x-rays. The system gives a graphical display without even touching the screen. It was developed to ease the tension for doctors.

The DataXDev team built the system from scratch for Android and Windows as well. The system is now in clinical trials. Every time we received new clinical information and background, the team updates the software within a week or two. Doctors are impressed with the speed of the features implemented.
